Position Overview 

To assist in providing technical support to end-users, assisting with network and system administration tasks, contributing to software development projects, managing data, supporting cybersecurity efforts, and participating in documentation and collaboration with other IT professionals.

Qualifications

1. University degree or diploma, preferably in Computer Science or related field and / or professional qualification.

Competencies

1. Good communication skills;
2. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency;
3. Basic knowledge of programming languages;
4. Understanding of basic networking concepts;
5. Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles.
