Responsibilities

1. Attend and conduct Fault Finding of any electrical tripping incidences for LV installations and within the authority limits sets as per competency limits.
2. To perform minor repair and improvement works related to electrical installation system as well as to escalate to HT Chargeman/ Engineer/ Manager in case of the task are beyond their authority and competency limits.
3. Operate and maintain District Cooling System, DCS equipment by ensuring the operations are within the set limits and procedure.
4. Compile and update critical meter readings on various equipment by ensuring the operations are within the set limits procedure.
5. Compile and update critical meter readings on various equipment within the plant and also to customer’s Energy Transfer Stations and records the reading as per procedure and ensure reading taken are correct and promptly manner.
6. To perform general routine inspection of plant, equipment, and chilled water network to ensure smooth operation.
7. To work closely with external service provider and relevant authority as required.

Qualifications

1. SPM / SPMV or certificate of skills accredited by MQA / MLVK.
2. Minimum A0 Chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
3. Minimum 3 years field experience in district or utilities plants facility maintenance operation and maintenance.
