Responsibilities

1. Key custodian for maintenance and operational data and conduct performance reporting based on the operational data obtained. Assist Head of Operation on conducting operational performance reporting to the management.
2. Establish and maintain good engineering system and practice for managing Megajana Chilled water pipe reticulation system which inclusive of proper as built drawing, detail specifications, repair and maintenance records, pipe codes and valve chambers and other good engineering practice as per related international standards e.g API / ASME standards on piping system.
3. Key custodian for Megajana Chilled Water Pipe Network system and become the interface for any external related matters related to project or constructions involving chilled water pipe network.
4. Perform and report on pipe network integrity reliability analysis using standard tools and techniques to support department goals and job accountabilities (e.g. periodical system-wide probability of failure analysis) and stakeholders’ requests.
5. Undertake or co-ordinate network failure investigations into material and corrosion issues or other failures in accordance with prescribed or approved failure investigation procedures.

Competencies

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience on asset, plant and machinery maintenance system in any industry. (District Cooling system will be added advantage)
2. Certified Competency on Corrosion Protection certified by NACE or other equivalent certification body as per ISO 15275:2017 (will be added advantage)

Qualifications

1. University degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or related field and / or professional qualification in Engineering.
2. Diploma preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or related field and / or professional qualification in Engineering.
